What is Integration?

Integration is the vital process of understanding, processing, and applying what you experienced in ceremony. The ceremony itself is only part of the process—real transformation happens when you take what you saw and learn how to live it.

Integration begins before the ceremony.

Integration does not start after you leave the medicine; it begins the moment you decide to sit with it. Preparing properly creates a stronger foundation for the experience and makes it significantly easier to integrate the insights afterward.

Many difficult experiences happen not because of the medicine itself, but because the person was not prepared to meet what arose. Preparation creates the safety, clarity, and trust required for the process.
